a.) Available Equipment
Because of very quick turnover on used laboratory equipment, always check with us directly if the instrument or system you wish to purchase, is still available or if there is a sale pending. We sell all instruments on first come first serve basis but will hold the equipment reserved for the buyer with minimum 10% deposit.
b.) Equipment Source
All instruments, systems and accessories sold by Aberdon Enterprises, Inc. are used and carry no warranty of any kind unless noted otherwise specifically in each item description. We carry equipment acquired directly from liquidated laboratories, research facilities, testing labs and other businesses around the world.
c.) Pictures
All of our instruments and systems are individually photographed and documented. Pictures you see in our listing or in our eBay Store are actual pictures of equipment sold. We do not use stack photos or second hand photographs. We want you to know exactly what you will receive if you decide to purchase.
d.) Warranty
All instruments sold by Aberdon Enterprises, Inc. are used and carry no warranty unless otherwise noted in item description. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantee of any kind, expressed or implied and with no guarantee to fit any particular purpose. It is buyer’s responsibility to inspect and test acquired equipment ahead of time and make sure it meets buyer’s expectations. Pre-purchase inspection is available by appointment only at our Elk Grove IL facility. Please call ahead of time to make all necessary arrangements.
e.) Software and Licensing
Many of our used instruments and systems come with computers and preinstalled software as it gets acquired from the source. On occasion we also included original software disks and software keys (dongle) if available. Nevertheless we offer no licensing rights with any of the equipment sold. It is responsibility of the buyer to acquire individual registration, software rights, license and support from each manufacturer directly
f.) Shipping and Delivery
Aberdon Enterprises, Inc. is an experienced shipper and exporter of used laboratory equipment and any other equipment or machinery sold. We offer professional packing and crating services right at our facility. Purchased equipment can be shipped by following carriers:
- FedEx (Next Day, Second Day and Ground)
Smaller packages, under 70 lbs. but we suggest to ship anything over 50 lbs. by freight carrier due to the safety issues
- Old Dominion Freight or UPS Freight (domestic freight)
LTL shipments, available industrial, commercial and residential delivery. Lift gate trucks available for additional charge. Drop shipments available to freight forwarder of buyer’s choice.
- UPS Freight, DB Schenker or DHL (LTL international freight and international packages) Al international shipments can be arranged directly with any of above carriers. Because of the volume of the packages shipped, we can offer our buyer’s greatly discounted shipping rates.

For international shipments we can ship directly to your destination or just to the cargo terminal at port or airport of your choice.
g.) Liability Disclaimer
In case of medical, laboratory or analytical equipment, buyer takes responsibility and acknowledges all risks involved with possible exposure to any contaminated or hazardous materials that may still be located on or inside the equipment purchased.
